Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce

  1. Add Standard Actions to the Action Launcher
    Cooper Westbrook (RSM)

In the new Nonprofit Cloud for Fundraising, actions like "Generate Document" and "Log Into Experience" are only accessible through the Highlights Panel and cannot be added to the Action Launcher. Here's an idea to have a single, streamlined space for all actions. Don't forget to vote!

  2. Enhanced User List View Limitations
    Tom Bassett (Vera Solutions)

In the Winter '25 release, enabling Enhanced User List View upgrades the UI to Lightning Experience but removes key buttons like Reset Password(s) and Add Multiple Users. While the New User button is still available, password resets and adding multiple users require workarounds, such as URL hacks, and inline field editing is no longer possible. This Trailblazer is asking for these drawbacks to be listed in relevant Salesforce Help Articles.
