Run the auction floor from a phone
With the Soapbox Engage Onsite companion app, included with Soapbox Engage Auctions, your registration desk and spotters work from their own phones, tablets, or laptops, so nobody has to run back to the admin laptop mid-event. It opens in a browser, with nothing to download from an app store.

Add a bidder at the desk in seconds. A duplicate email check links them to their existing record instead of creating a new one.

Replace pencil and paper with real-time tracking
Set your giving levels up before the event, then record commitments as paddles go up, from the auction's Paddle Raise tab or from a spotter's phone in Spotter Mode. Everyone working the room sees the same totals in real time, and a paddle raise can run alongside your auction or on its own.
Capture paddles as hands go up
Spotters tap paddle numbers into a large keypad, or search by name when a guest raises a hand without a paddle. The app tells them when the auctioneer moves to a new level, and one tap undoes a mistake.
Put the giving on the big screen
With Live Displays, included with Soapbox Engage Auctions, the room sees the level being called, each commitment joining the donor stream, and your total climbing as commitments come in.
Record now, identify later
Missed the number? Log the commitment to an unknown bidder with a quick note like "Table 5, blue tie," and attach the right bidder after the event. Possible duplicates, such as two spotters catching the same paddle, are held for review instead of inflating your total.
Collect it all in one checkout
Each commitment is added to the bidder's checkout alongside their auction wins and purchases, ready to charge to the card on file. Once collected, it syncs to your CRM with the rest of your event activity.
