1. Add Nonprofit Gift Transaction in Action Launcher

   "Gift Transaction and Gift Commitment" is a standard object in Nonprofit Cloud, but it is not currently included as a deployment in the action launcher. Adding this would increase efficiency for nonprofit staff.
