Great Ideas for Nonprofits Using Salesforce
- Pick Document Checklist Items When Creating Action Plan
Alex Jones (Provisio Partners)This Trailblazer is proposing that it would be beneficial for users to select which Document Checklist Items to apply to an Action Plan directly within the wizard, similar to the Care Plan wizard's selection of Benefits and Goal Definitions. The current workaround involves creating the Action Plan and manually deleting non-applicable items, but this requires delete access which is not feasible for all users. This affects all users and orgs that utilize the Action Plans and Action Plan Templates.
